Nursing Team Leader

• Responsible for managing staff, resources and environment of care area. • Serves as clinical leader. • Operational and administrative activities for Home Health department

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing/Midwifery required • License to practice nursing in Kuwait. • Yearly unit and divisional competency review. • Maintains certification of BLS, ACLS. • Able to communicate both written and oral English, Arabic language skills desired but not required. • Registered nurse with 5 years of experience. • Leadership and communication skills.
