Marketing Representative

The Marketing Representative acts as a liaison between the Cosmetic Department and the Marketing Department, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of marketing activities. The role also involves supporting the reception team by performing telemarketing duties to promote services and attract new clients. Additionally, the Marketing Representative is responsible for managing the calendar and arranging doctors’ schedules to accommodate promotional shoots and events.

Requirements:

1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Cosmetic Department and the Marketing Department. • Collaborate with both teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives. • Provide feedback and updates on the success of campaigns and suggest improvements. • Assist in creating content for social media, brochures, and other promotional materials related to cosmetic services. • Track and report on marketing trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities. • Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with the department’s goals and brand identity. • Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote cosmetic services and schedule consultations. • Provide potential clients with detailed information about services, offers, and promotions. • Assist at the reception as needed, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming environment. • Oversee the calendar to coordinate and schedule doctors for promotional shoots and events. • Ensure seamless integration of promotional activities with doctors’ existing schedules. 2. EDUCATION AND LICENSURE: • Graduation Certificate or above preferably in any discipline. 3. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: • Familiarity with marketing concepts and telemarketing practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing tools. • Arabic & English (speaking, reading & writing). • 2-3 Years of related experience in marketing, telemarketing, or customer service. 4. SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across departments.
