• As the first-line contact for guests/callers, Guest Services is an important part of any company's operation. This area of Guest relations Department is responsible for receiving and directing all incoming calls for the hospital. And, Guest Services is also responsible for responding to questions from general public on hospital policy, supporting the main reception, and liaising departments as needed. • Guest Services Operators are in the unique position of knowing almost everything going on in the company for which they work for. Therefore, in certain situations, a Guest Services Operator is required to screen each telephone call, getting the name and relevant details from the caller, before following an established protocol

Requirements:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: • Experience with multi-line switchboard, Microsoft Office, and Internet preferred; • Preferably with minimum 1 year experience of similar position; • Experience in a call center environment is an asset; • Proficiency/Fluency in both English and Arabic a must;• SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE: • Should have an excellent written and verbal communication skills; • An upbeat and pleasant phone voice; • Ability to multi-task, set, and change priorities in a high-pressured environment while maintaining a positive attitude; • Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures is a plus. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
