Royale Hayat Hospital have devoted considerable effort to applying established strategies for quality improvement thus they created a position of Floor coordinator that make patient experience more valuable and focusing on patient satisfaction in the inpatient setting and how to improve it .

Requirements:

• High School vocational Certificate or above preferably Graduate in any discipline • Computer literacy • Arabic & English ( speaking , reading & writing ) • 2 to 3 Years of related experience • Good customer relations skills • Positive outgoing personality
