For the 9th Symposium with CME/CPD points hosted by Royale Hayat Hospital, the 1st Nursing Conference was successfully conducted on 27 April 2019, Al Jouri Hall RHH. It was organized by Dr. Abubakr Elmardi, Chief Strategy Officer/HOD OBG in collaboration with Ms. Vanitha R. Sudalaimani, Chief Nursing Manager.
Our
guest of honor, Ms. Marjan Gholam Reda-Lari, Nurse Director in Quality &
Accreditation Directorate, Ministry of Health Kuwait, as a keynote speaker
emphasized that nurses should empower & be empowered. She highlighted about
series staff empowerment assessment tools & how important the staff empowering
in the nursing field.
The premiere event for nursing conference has more than 90 delegates from in and around Kuwait. The session was addressing innovation, delegation, evidences based practice, leadership skill and empowerment in nursing. It brought nurses together and had an enthusiastic participation & discussion.
Dr. Omar El Khateeb, RHH Medical Director, appreciated the nurses about the effort rendered for the active participation to mold it as a structured conference.
The participants enjoyed, appreciated and were enriched by presentation given by the renowned speakers from GCC countries.
