Clerk (bilingual – Arabic & English only local candidate)

Birth Registration Clerk shall ensure complete documentation of Birth, Death, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave and other patient related records as per MOH guidelines and protocols.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepare birth notification as per the requirements of the ministry and ensure complete documentation.
  • Collection of birth registration data & entry of birth demographics data and uploading relevant documents to MOH Portal.
  • Getting consent from patient and clarifying patient queries.
  • Printing and distribution of sick leaves, maternity leaves, and medical reports to patients through MOH sick leave portal in compliance with policies and procedures and MOH regulations.
  • Maintain accountability of the day to day work.
  • Ensures security and confidentiality of protected health information and patient records.
  • Coordinate with Manager-Medical Director’s Office to ensure smooth functioning of the Birth Registration Process.
  • Follow up work assignments and/or work schedules in completing and performing tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Cooperates with interdepartmental personnel as well as other departments to assure that the services are properly maintained to meet the requirements of the organization and department.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Manager-Medical Director’s Office.

  • EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
  • 10+2 or Diploma from affiliated institute.

  • PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in long term care preferred.
  • Affiliation to professional organization preferred.

  • SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:
  • MS Office and Typing Skills
  • Customer Service
  • Good knowledge of Arabic & English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
  • Communication Skills & Interpersonal skill
