Royale Hayat Hospital Won 4 Public Relations Awards

Royale Hayat Hospital won the 2017 (Kuwait Public Relations and Customer Service Social Networks Accounts Excellence Award), (Customer Service Excellence Award), (Website Services Excellence Award), (Call Center Excellence Award). The four awards, presented by Kuwait Public Relations Association, were announced during a ceremony on 29 March 2017 at  Sheikh Ahmed Al Jaber Cultural Center under the patronage of His Highness the Amir, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.


Mr. Ahmed Abdul Aziz Al Ghannam, Executive Member at Royale Hayat Hospital, expressed his honor in RHH's achievement, knowing that the Kuwait Public Relations Association measures the implementation of international customer service systems and standards, which in essence takes into account the integrated work and level of cooperation between departments and employees in institutions in order to provide the best service to customers. In this regard, Mr. Al Ghannam, stressed on the fact that Royale Hayat Hospital implements new and innovative programs to optimize the level of performance, and develop effective communication among departments to improve patient experience.


Kuwait Public Relations Association is a public benefit organization, established under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs in January 2006. KPRA recognizes excellence in public relations and customer service sectors in private and government institutions. In addition to highlighting the role and importance of public relations in bringing institutions together, providing effective solutions to customers and raising the level of professionalism in this sector.
